Shipping Policy (UK)

Carrier: Royal Mail — Tracked 48 (aims 2–3 working days; not a guaranteed service)

Where we ship: United Kingdom (including Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands).

Processing & Dispatch

• Handling time: Orders placed Mon–Fri are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

• Orders placed after our daily cut-off or on weekends/bank holidays ship the next working day.

• You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Delivery Services & Timeframes

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: Aim 2–3 working days from dispatch.

• A signature isn’t always required, but full tracking is provided.

Pre-Orders & Mixed Baskets

• Pre-orders ship on/after the release date.

• If your order contains in-stock items and pre-orders, the order will ship together when all items are available (choose separate orders if you want in-stock items sooner).

Address & Delivery

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct; we can’t change it after dispatch.

• If Royal Mail marks a parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, check safe places/neighbours and contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.

Late / Lost Parcels

• If your Tracked 48 parcel hasn’t arrived 7 working days after dispatch, contact us and we’ll open a trace with Royal Mail.

• We’ll keep you updated and resolve with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Damages in Transit

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email Orders@ktmcollectibles.co.uk within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

• We’ll put it right—replacement or refund—and provide a prepaid label if we need the item back.
