Summary
We follow the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you’d like to cancel (change-of-mind) and another 14 days to send items back.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by your statutory rights; we’ll sort a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
Email Orders@ktmcollectibles.co.uk with your order number and photos (if damaged/incorrect). We’ll issue return instructions (and a prepaid label where we’re at fault).

Sealed products (booster boxes/packs, ETBs, tins, collection boxes, decks):
Accepted only if unopened and in original packaging. If the seal is broken, we may deduct up to 100% of the refund because the item has no resale value as new.
Single cards:
Accepted if returned in the identical condition supplied, in the original sleeve/top loader/tamper bag. If cards are handled, played, swapped, or returned in a different condition, we’ll deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value (up to 100% where appropriate).
Who pays postage? For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of posting.
We record condition and packaging at fulfilment and use tamper-evident seals. Card-swapping/tampering is treated as misuse/fraud; such returns may be refused and reported.
Damaged in transit / wrong item received: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and provide a prepaid return label if we need the item back.
Faulty goods: within 30 days of delivery you can reject for a full refund; after 30 days we’ll repair/replace where possible.
Gift cards and custom/special-order items.
Opened sealed products for change-of-mind (we’ll assess and may deduct up to 100% as above).
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.
Place a new order for the item you want; we’ll refund your return once it’s processed.
We’ll notify you when your return is received/inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days pass after our approval and you don’t see the refund, email Orders@ktmcollectibles.co.uk.
You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, normal return rules above apply.
