What TCG brands does KTM Collectibles stock?
We carry a wide range of trading card games including Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, Star Wars, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Final Fantasy, and Gundam. We stock sealed products, singles, graded cards, and accessories across all of these brands, so there's plenty to explore no matter which game you collect.
Are all your products guaranteed authentic?
Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% authentic, sourced from official distributors and verified suppliers. Authenticity is something we take seriously as collectors ourselves, and we'd never stock anything we wouldn't be happy adding to our own collections.
Do you sell cards in languages other than English?
Yes! We stock products in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. Japanese releases in particular often feature exclusive artwork or cards not available in English editions, making them popular with collectors who want something unique.
How does your pre-order service work?
Pre-ordering lets you reserve upcoming TCG and board game releases so you're among the first to receive them on launch day. Simply place your order on the product listing, and we'll ship it out as soon as stock arrives. With 2026 being one of the busiest release calendars in TCG history, pre-ordering is the best way to make sure you don't miss out.
What graded cards do you carry?
We stock cards graded by both PSA and ACE Grading. PSA is widely regarded as the industry benchmark for resale value, while ACE is a UK-based grading service that offers a strong domestic option. Every graded card comes in a tamper-evident, sealed case for protection and peace of mind.
What are MintKeeper accessories?
MintKeeper is card protection accessories designed by collectors, for collectors. These products are built to keep your cards in pristine condition, and we use the same care and attention to quality that we'd want for our own collections.
Can I return sealed products if I change my mind?
Sealed TCG products are generally non-returnable once opened, due to the risk of tampering. If a sealed product arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please get in touch with us and we'll work to make it right. Full details are available in our Refund Policy on the website.
How do you package orders to protect cards?
We pack every order with a collector's mindset. Cards and sealed products are carefully wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit. We know how frustrating it is to receive a dinged box or a bent card, so we go the extra mile to make sure everything arrives in the condition you'd expect.
Do you ship internationally, and who is responsible once the order is dispatched?
We ship to customers across the UK and internationally. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfers to you as the buyer. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control, but if something goes wrong, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Are specific card pulls guaranteed from booster packs?
No. Card pulls from booster packs are randomised by the manufacturer, and no retailer can guarantee which cards you'll find inside. That's part of the thrill of ripping packs! If you're after a specific card, browsing our singles or graded card listings might be a more reliable route.
